Nottingham Contemporary’s Summer Craft Fair 2025
Really looking forward to being back at Nottingham Contemporary only this time it’s their Summer Craft Fair - another new one for me! I’ve been working on some new artworks that I can wait to share with you.
One of the things I enjoyed most from 2024’s Christmas markets was having the opportunity to meet you - my lovely customers! I loved having a chat about which artwork had drawn you over to my stall (often chuckling or curious by it), hearing you excitedly share with me who you’re buying for, or which room you’re looking forward to hanging it up in. Seeing your enthusiasm mirror the joy I take in creating my artwork makes the long hours of creation, marketing, business strategy planning, and boring taxes, all worth it.
This popular Summer Craft Fair celebrates all things craft. I’ll be among 40+ stalls of fellow independent designer-makers and artists showcasing a variety of specialisms including jewellery, textiles, print, ceramics, homeware, stationery, gifts and more. It’s free entry and no need to book.
There’ll be a special launch evening on Friday 6th June in The Space and at Blend at Contemporary to celebrate the opening of the 2025 Summer Craft Fair:

Natural Dyeing Workshop with Suspended in Sunbeam in The Studio 6-8pm (Prices dependent on take home piece) Discover the beauty of natural colour, harnessing centuries-old practices to extract colour from plants, minerals and insects. A short introduction to the technique of natural-dyeing will be followed trying your hand at dyeing your own cotton swatch or silk headscarf. Taking home a piece of forgotten colour to reignite your enchantment with nature.
